Twin-ram baler, TR63

The TR63 is a fully automatic and cost-effective baler for companies that require capacities of up to 3 tonnes per hour. The bales are heavy and easy to stack and transport. The machine itself requires very little space and fits into a 40-foot container. It is available with optional discharge on either the right-hand or left-hand side.

The TR63 is most commonly used for materials such as plastic, PET, HDPE, cardboard, hay and straw, shredded paper, as well as cans.

• Wear-resistant knives made of D2 hardened steel (can be rotated 4 times)
• Hardox guide rails in the base
• Discharge on the right or left side
• Tying with wire or plastic strapping
• Position sensors on all rams

• Heavy-duty hopper suitable for both manual feeding and conveyor feeding
• PLC with Ethernet connection for monitoring and programming
• Multiple material programs, allowing adjustment of density and number of ties
• Platform and ramp for when the bales exit the press chamber
