Twin-ram baler, TR82

The TR82 is the most commonly used model and is specifically designed to produce heavy bales across a wide range of materials. The model can easily be tailored precisely to your needs, as it offers many motor options (up to 150 hp / 110 kW / 120 tonnes). It has a capacity of up to 26 tonnes per hour. The TR82 is equipped with a sliding door to separate finished bales from the press chamber, and it features Hardox guide rails as well as a large feed opening.

The TR82 is most often used for materials such as household waste, cardboard, plastic, PET, HDPE, shredded paper, RDF/SRF, and aluminium cans.

Reversible heavy-duty knives made of D2 hardened steel (can be rotated 4 times)
Replaceable bolted Hardox plates in the press chamber (can be completed in only 2 working days)

Discharge on either the right-hand or left-hand side of the baler
